DELIVERY

'Nyla’s Dreams Limited' sends all orders via Royal Mail, second class mail. There are options available for first class and tracked items which you can select at  checkout.

Whilst we aim to complete all orders within 2-3 business days, at busy periods, it can take up to 7 working days to fully create and process your order. You will receive an email stating when we have received your order and another email once your item(s) have been dispatched. Your chosen delivery method will be on your email that you receive from us.

Standard delivery should take between 2-4 days after your order has been shipped.

DAMAGED GOODS

At 'Nyla’s Dreams Limited', we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met on every item prior to dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours. You may contact us via our email address 'sales_nylasdreams@outlook.com'. 

We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact. When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details for you. Furthermore, please submit supporting evidence of any problems. Should your items be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the Yodel or Royal Mail.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping expedition as fun and enjoyable as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
